But here's the thing – as much as I loved every minute of my holiday, I knew I had a challenge waiting for me back home in the UK.


The temptation to lounge around and "recover" from my vacation was strong.


After all, what's another day or two of rest, right? But deep down, I knew better.


So, I made the choice to get back into the gym as quickly as possible.


Was it easy? Not exactly. My body was still in "holiday mode," and my mind was filled with memories of French pastries rather than protein shakes.
