The Simplest Path to Optimal Health and Happiness

I'm sure you've heard it before in my previous emails. My partner and I have been utterly captivated by Ben Fogle's 'New Lives in the Wild'. An escape from the relentless bustle of city life, the humdrum of daily routine, and the incessant pings of digital notifications.


It's become our favourite weekend indulgence. The stories shared, the courage displayed, and the shifts in perspective have been incredibly inspiring.


But there's one thing that we've observed that has struck a chord with us – the undeniable transformation in the people who have chosen to trade their concrete jungles for the wilderness. They seem healthier, vibrant, and dare I say, even younger!


No supplements, no expensive gym memberships, no trending diets. Just living in harmony with nature, tending to their lands, and being free from the constant bombardment of societal pressures and digital distractions.


And this got me thinking...

The health hacks we're so readily exposed to are but a band-aid solution, covering up the fact that we're increasingly distancing ourselves from nature. We're on an endless quest to bring nature to us through apps, gadgets, and supplements. But the reality is - we need to be in nature MORE.
