Hey


My client, Andrew, was really struggling.


He was burned out from going too hard in the past and working crazy night shifts, leaving him feeling like a total zombie all the time. He hit me up, asking,

Oh baby, we turned it up to 11! Quality sessions on the turbo and out on the roads, increasing the intensity little by little each week. Slow and steady, just like they taught us in cycling kindergarten.


And you know we had to sort out that fuel situation too! We dialled in Andrew's nutrition game, teaching him exactly when to eat, what to eat, and how to recover like a boss. Gotta keep that engine running smoothly?


So what happened after just 28 days of this magical, customized program?


Andrew lost weight, wasn't a zombie anymore, and found that sweet spot between training hard and actually enjoying life off the bike. It was like he'd been reborn as a cycling superhero!
