I'm going to let you in on a little secret of mine. It's about how I manage to savour the sweet life without tipping the scales.


You see, my life is peppered with indulgent weekends, decadent treats, and the kind of stories that make diet gurus do a spit-take. So buckle up, because this tale has a flavour unlike any other.


Let me set the scene: it's a crisp Saturday morning, and the city is just waking up. My partner and I are off on our weekly adventure, pedalling away the week's stress with a cycle that has become our ritual, our therapy.


But after the last hill has been conquered, and the morning's dew is a distant memory, our thoughts turn to reward. And oh, what a reward we have in store!


We meander through the bustling heart of London or stroll around a verdant park, our steps leading us with an almost magnetic pull towards the siren call of UDDERLICIOUS.


Imagine the creamiest, dreamiest ice cream, where every scoop is a testament to purity and quality. No additives, no fillers—just unadulterated, utterly delicious joy.


Now, you might be thinking, "How does this guy stay fit with such weekend whimsy?" It's all about the balance, my friend. Sure, I'll admit, my partner and I are ice cream aficionados, and when summer rolls in, our affection for frosty delights isn't exactly a once-in-a-blue-moon affair.


But here's the scoop: treats like these are just 20% of my diet. The rest?


A colourful parade of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, pulses, lean meat, and fish.
