From Cycle Lean Success to Long-Term Transformation: What's Next?

Last week, as we approached the halfway mark of our 12-week Cycle Lean project, one of our dedicated members reached out with an exciting update and a thought-provoking question.
Let me tell you about it:
This cyclist started the program at 119kg, setting a goal to reach 110kg by the end.
Just six weeks in, he's already lost over 6kg and is the lightest he's been in over a year!
In fact, if he maintains this momentum, he could potentially hit 107kg or even 105kg by the end of the 12 weeks.
Talk about crushing goals!
And get this – his long-term target is 95kg, which would put him in the "healthy" BMI category for his 6'6" frame.
At this rate, he's looking at potentially reaching that goal in just six months.
