Tracie had no structure in her training or nutrition, and it was holding her back. She was determined but overwhelmed, not knowing where to start or how to fit everything into her busy schedule.


Being a successful business owner, wife and mother, we crafted a training plan that wouldn't exhaust her and add more stress to her already busy life. 


We got to work. 


✅ We built a training plan that only required cycling 3 x per week. 


✅ We prioritised weight training 2 x per week to build strength and maintain muscle mass


✅ We focused on building healthy habits and choosing foods that fuelled her workouts and supported her goals



Accountability played a huge role in her success. With regular check-ins and guidance, Tracie stayed on track and saw the results she wanted.


Now, Tracie cycles stronger, hits her fitness goals, and recovers like a pro. She learned to fuel her body on and off the bike, and it made all the difference.
