Happy Friday.


I hope your week has gone well and you are looking forward to the weekend.


This week I have still been fighting the end of my cold so I have been taking my training light this week.


However today, I felt closer to myself so fingers crossed I can increase the intensity next week.


It was also a busy week onboarding another member of our cycle lean community.


Signing up for our mentorship programme they are setting their goals on the Mallorca 312 next year.


Such an exciting goal to work towards and what a place to test yourself. If you have had the pleasure of cycling in Mallorca then you will understand what I mean, if not, I highly recommend heading out there when you get the chance.
