I could REALLY use your help



Over the past year, I've run a programme called The Cycle Lean Project.



And it's been amazing but as it is our 1-2-1 coaching programme, a lot of you might not be ready to invest and make such a commitment.



But I've been itching to find other ways of supporting you.



Because clients are losing kilos and gaining watts!



We built personalised training peaks plans and weight training programmes that we monitored and upgraded weekly which took me hours of work each week.



All in the space of 12 weeks



I think it's time to provide a solution that can support more of you, now I know the framework that gets results for our 1-2-1 coaching clients.



It's time to make it more accessible and better



The goal of The Cycle Lean Project is to help my clients ride leaner, climb faster and build healthy lifestyle habits to last.



But as affordable as possible (it's still not cheap)



My investment clients get everything done/built/managed for them



They just have training to do and meals to prepare



But they pay a premium



Usually a few hundred per month


There's also a minimum term of 4 months 



One-to-one clients can usually expect to fork out £1200-£2k over the 4 months



A large chunk of change



But obviously, it's based on the return they get ;)



However, I know most amateur cyclists aren't in a position to afford that



In fact I only work with 5 one to one clients a year.



It would have to be something very special for me to partner with any more amateur cyclists directly



So, the question is how do I make The Cycle Lean Project as close to that experience but more affordable



And so that someone who isn't already necessarily following a coaching plan can benefit.



On the first intake, our cycle lean clients took a little too long to get their programme up and running



So for the following cycle lean programme, we have decided that as part

of the programme, we would take care of their cycling and weight training plans without any confusing training platforms to deal with.



Removing all that fiddly stuff



Our Cycle Lean Programme is all run online
