Today at 8 pm, I was planning on going Live via Zoom to answer any questions you might have about nutrition, training or even me and my story.

But, due to the lack of questions coming in, this will be cancelled.

But, instead, I am going to offer a personal video response to any questions you might have if you were planning on attending the live later tonight.
