Happy Friday.


I hope your week has gone well and you are looking forward to the weekend.


This week I started a 16-week training programme to hit 4 watts per kg.


After reaching 3.7 watts per kg in my latest FTP test, I have a little work to do.


But, I am excited to begin the process ahead.


I'm documenting my journey if you want to follow along over on my Instagram, so be sure to keep an eye on my stories as well as a weekly update.


It was also a busy week onboarding another member of our cycle lean community.


Signing up for our mentorship programme they are setting their goals on Losing weight and building a stronger FTP


Such an exciting goal to work towards and they have begun their first week strong, smashing both their baseline FTP and VO2 max tests.
