How has your week been?
Even though it is summer here I have been waiting for the rain to stop so I can do some washing, and mow the lawn...overall not that big a deal, but I am someone who needs the sun to bloom. This is my first summer here so I am not sure if this weather is normal or not for this time of year.
For many people this time of year is stressful, and plans going awry can be even more stressful, even infuriating at times. What is one way to reduce the stress we encounter when life doesn't go as expected?

Fun fact - wombats droppings are square. Yes cubes!! Now I did not know this until I moved to a rural area where we had a resident wombat who left us daily cubes around the house.
