Not Spotify wrapped but just as good...

Hey

It’s hard to believe we’re close to mid-December, isn't it?

Which in my family, means a mixture of Romanian - Japanese traditions. With time I got to the bottom of how can I manage a mix of different expectations around this time of the year and how I make it meaningful for me.

Of course, I could talk all day about what’s in store for me…but I’d love to hear from you. What holiday/tradition is really important to you this December and how do you honor what it means to you?

Truly! I’d love to know. We live in a world that is not how I knew it 20 years ago and I am curious what's your take on how Decembers look like now.

And if I am allowed to share one of my favorite resources for a healthy perspective on how we might approach life, here it is: Four Thousand Weeks: Time Management for Mortals. I found it last week and it is by far one of the best books I have read. As a coach, I might be biased, but it is humorous, practical, and with a good dose of philosophical reflection that made me happy to have a book read out by someone who has perspective. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have! If you have a must-share, please do tell!

Fingers crossed I’ll be getting an email from you soon!

PS. In 2023, I am investing in another coaching program so if you would like to be part of my beta tests, let me know. That said, my current program which focuses on energy improvement, ease of digestive issues, and transitions has an opening in January. Let me know if you would like to learn more about it.

PPS. I know the holidays aren’t always jolly for everyone. If you’re feeling any heaviness as we approach this season, just know that it is not something you have to carry by yourself. Write back if that's how you feel.
