2 Gifts, 1 Announcement

My 2 gifts are:

1. 2 free months in my accountability program. Set the goal and we track it together. I like writing so I love e-mail. It will be simple, easy and distraction free. We start Jan 21st. If you are interested, simply write back "I'm in" and we'll take it from there.
2. For the families in this group (and not only), here is what we are making this weekend and some tips on how to get kids & fam to get started with understanding food from an early age. If you want the detailed recipe or want ideas for switching things up for a particular type of diet, write back.

And lastly next week I am celebrating my birthday so I would like to give free 30' coaching session again. I enjoyed doing this last time and as I do have the capacity to do it next week I would like to offer them again.
