How does someone begin to have better thoughts?

And take exceptional action?


Start with AWARENESS.


This week I want you to raise your level of awareness to the amount of times you find yourself getting frustrated.


The amount of times you complain.


How often do you judge others?


What triggers you?


Take notice.


Become aware of it.


After this week you will have a baseline of "amount of time" you spend on negative thoughts.


Then you can multiple that number by weeks/months/years and realize how much energy and time you will spend in a negative state over the course of your life.


Do you accept that number of negative minutes/days/months?


I sure as hell don't accept my number.


Awareness of this is the first step for you to take ACTION and change your ways.


Okay cool.


You now know you have the ability to become aware of the negativity that exists inside you.


Now what CJ?


Get away from environments that trigger those thoughts, and instead, feed your brain with the exact opposite.


Hang around positive, kind, good hearted people.

Read more books.

Spend more time in the sun and in nature.

Listen and learn from podcasts that discuss topics you are interested in.

Travel more.

Move your body everyday.

Write in a journal.

Spend more of your energy giving back to the less fortunate.


Life is simple, yet far from easy.


When you spend time recognizing how your life can either be a grand adventure of your choosing, or it can be an existence of sorrow that you blame on others...


This recognition helps you make daily choices that align with who you wish to become, for good, or for worse.


And right now I am giving you the option to double down on THE GOOD.


Go take exceptional action this week.

Bring your life to life.

And help others around you do the same.
