Your friends are either anchors, buoys and engines.

SHOW ME WHO YOUR FRIENDS ARE

and I will show you the type of life you will live.

Anchor: someone who holds you down, and has you spinning around their bullshit.

Buoy: someone who is indifferent / goes with the flow.

Engines: people willing to push you forward and pull you back when you need it most.

Today I want you to take note of how many anchors, buoys, and engines you have in your life.

Whether they are friend's/family, aim to have as many engines in your life as possible.

To make this happen though, YOU ALSO NEED TO BE AN ENGINE!!!

So how can you push yourself, and others around you to be better? To live better? To #thriveonlife?

WRITE IT DOWN.

TAKE ACTION ON IT.

BECOME THE ENGINE!

#thriveon

p.s. Yesterday marked exactly 6 years since I left the east coast. I am grateful I did because it opened my world to a lot of engines I could surround myself with.
