This email is the most important one I have written so far.

When you do research it, you will find that it is an extremely vital antioxidant for your immune system.


Sadly, many people are deficient in it, and in the time frame that we are in right now, millions have been impacted because of this deficiency.

I am writing this because I have personally experienced the positive effects of raising my glutathione levels, but also, I work with / hang around nurse practitioners and other health gurus who are obsessed with healing the human body...and they drill the importance of our immune system into our heads every time we get into any conversation.


Lets think logically here, pretend you signed up for a MMA (mixed martial arts) fight two months from now. You wouldn't just sit on your couch, eat fast food, watch the news/netflix, and hope that you win the fight.


YOU WOULD PREPARE FOR THE FIGHT SO THAT YOU HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN THE BATTLE!!!


The reality is, before you get into the ring, you would utilize a trainer, a team that would give you the best training and recovery protocols, and several sparring matches to get your practice reps in.


Now pretend viruses, and any other form of disease, are the MMA fight.


Why isn't our entire population preparing for them, even though we know that we could be entered into a fight at any moment in the future?!?


The majority is sitting on the couch getting more unhealthy, rather than preparing themselves for battle.


Don't be like the majority of people. PREPARE FOR YOUR FUTURE FIGHTS! And help others around you prepare for theirs as well.


Below is the stack that I take to prepare for my own fights.

NAC, Alpha-Lipioc Acid, and L-Glutamine are precursors for Glutathione. These are my major focus.


I also take an A.M. and P.M. multi-vitamin that is loaded with everything else I need.


Lastly, almost everyone has some sort vitamin D deficiency which is detrimental to our health, so I take that as well.


I highly recommend you look into all of these. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. Care enough about your future that you prepare for it!!!


Right now I am gifting you the fishing rod, but it is up to you to cast the lure into the water and fish for yourself.

ps: today I am grateful that two of my great friends from Rhone will be in town for the weekend. I am blessed to have amazing people from all over in my life. And I do my best to never take that for granted.
