Happy Spring! 🌸 As the first whispers of this vibrant season touch our lives, my heart swells with gratitude for the fresh hope and burgeoning life that epitomizes spring. This period of awakening and growth mirrors the journey of transformation we each navigate. Just yesterday, basking in the gentle embrace of the sun at the park alongside my teenager and our beloved dog, Milo, I found myself enveloped in the sheer delight and profound sense of being that only spring can bestow. 🌿 A brilliantly clear sky, a brief respite amidst the majesty of towering rain clouds, and the lively dance of vibrant, bright green leaves in the breeze painted a flawless scene of the here and now. For those precious moments, the burdens of what has been and what's yet to come melted away, replaced by a deep, serene connection to the present. It served as a beautiful testament to the power and beauty found in simply being present.
