Today, I've got a powerful lesson to share from my brave 15-year-old, Oli's incredible journey. It's a lesson that reminds us asking for help isn't a sign of weakness; it's a shining display of strength and courage. 💪

A few months ago, I shared an email about my dear son, Oli, who took a courageous step, seeking treatment for their mental health. Your overwhelming love and encouragement warmed our hearts! 😍 It showed us that reaching out for help is an act of self-care and reveals the immense strength within us.

After two full months of putting in 40-hour weeks, Oli is graduating! 🎓 He spent his entire summer working on himself and is ready to go back to high school in just 2 weeks. I am so freaking proud of my kid, who decided to seek help and went to the program every single day while others might have been on vacation or enjoying lazy days in bed. My child chose growth, and that's worth celebrating!
