Time to Stop Dreaming and Start Moving Forward

Happy first day of fall! 🍁 The change in seasons brings the perfect opportunity to reflect on where we are and where we want to go. This season, we’re being invited to move forward on our dreams and stop simply dreaming about them.


Are there goals or desires that you’ve been holding onto, waiting for the “perfect time” to act on them? Now is the time to shift from dreaming into doing.


Sometimes we hold ourselves back, whether it’s fear of failure, perfectionism, or even feeling unworthy of the things we desire. This week, take a moment to ask yourself: Where am I self-sabotaging? Are you waiting for the perfect moment to act? Are you letting doubt or distractions stop you from moving forward?


Now is the time to take action, even if it's one small step toward your dreams. Progress doesn’t have to be perfect; it just has to move you forward.


As we begin to move toward your goals, remember this: you can’t pour from an empty cup. While you push yourself to achieve, don’t forget to prioritize your self-care. Fall is a time to ground yourself, and part of that grounding comes from nourishing your body, mind, and soul.


Where in your life have you been neglecting yourself? This season is calling you to really hone in on your self-care routines—whether that’s through rest, reflection, or simply giving yourself space to breathe.
