As the seasons change and we watch the leaves fall, it's the perfect time to reflect on what we, too, need to release. Just as nature sheds whatā€™s no longer needed, we can take this time to let go of old stories, patterns, and pressures weā€™ve been carrying.


Iā€™ve been thinking a lot about this myself latelyā€”the idea that we donā€™t have to do it all, and we donā€™t have to do it alone. For so long, Iā€™ve held on tightly, putting on my brave face and pushing through lifeā€™s challenges. But in a moment of deep reflection this week, I heard a simple yet powerful message:

ā€œSurrender ~ help is on the way.ā€


This season, Iā€™m embracing that message. Iā€™ve realized that Iā€™ve been holding on too tightlyā€”trying to control everything, trying to be everything for everyoneā€”and itā€™s left me drained. What if, instead, we allowed ourselves to receive help? To trust that we donā€™t have to carry everything on our own?


Letting Go and Calling in Support

ā€œThe trees are about to show us how lovely it is to let things go.ā€


Just like the trees, we, too, can release what no longer serves usā€”the stories that tell us we need to do it all alone, the patterns that leave us exhausted. What if this fall, you gave yourself permission to let go and welcome the support you deserve?

This year has been challenging for so many of us. Iā€™ve felt it too, and itā€™s my prayer that the last three months of this year will be a time for renewalā€”for me, for you, for all of us.


3 Ways to Let Go and Receive Help this Fall:

āœØRelease the Need to Be Perfect: None of us are perfect, and weā€™re not meant to be. Instead of trying to manage everything, practice asking for help where you need it most. It may feel uncomfortable, but it's the first step toward balance.


šŸ‘Æā€ā™€ļøCreate Space for Support: Itā€™s one thing to ask for help, and another to actually receive it. This fall, give yourself permission to say ā€œyesā€ to the support offered to you, whether itā€™s big or small. Opening yourself to receive makes you stronger, not weaker.


šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļøTake Time to Breathe: We often hold onto stress without even realizing it. Make a daily practice of pausing, taking a deep breath, and releasing the tension youā€™ve been carrying. This season, let each exhale remind you that itā€™s okay to let go.
