Hey ,


Last year, amidst one of the busiest periods of my life, I discovered how to practice self-care effectively. Then, I even wrote a book about it! 📖


Honestly, without these practices, I might have ended up in a very dark place. I’m not downplaying mental health issues, but I truly believe that taking care of my needs and expressing what I needed saved me. 🌟
