It’s Sunday 🌞,

I’m sitting here thinking about everything that’s happened since I last emailed you. Just 7 days ago. It’s been a lot.

My husband and I finally got the keys back from our contractor and received the green light to move back into our home after 7 months of renovations (due to a washing machine malfunction over Thanksgiving weekend).🫣

I could go into detail, but let me tell you, it has been crazy.

The only things that have kept me sane have been my morning journaling and treasure hunts, evening meditations, this face mask and the sleep soundscape on Endel every night, has done wonders for me. 🌙

I don't know how I could have gotten through the last several months of my life it all without my simple self-care practices.

For the past 15 years, I have been deeply passionate about guiding others on their journey of self-discovery and transformation since starting The Soulful Sunday Subscription in April. It’s truly amazing that I get to help people reclaim their power, rewrite their stories, and embrace their true potential.

The most incredible thing about this work?

• I get to work with a wonderful community of women who are committed to personal growth and transformation.
• I've witnessed countless breakthroughs as women release old stories, set empowering new goals, and embrace their dreams.
• It's incredibly fulfilling to create guided practices, meditations, and journaling prompts that help others navigate their journeys.
• I love hearing how these practices have positively impacted lives, bringing about more joy, clarity, and empowerment.
