Yesterday was the first day of school for my 16-year-old, and for the first time since kindergarten, I didn’t get a picture. "No, Mom, absolutely no pictures." It hit me how fast time goes by and how much we need to cherish every moment. Can you relate?


Summer flew by, didn’t it? As we step into a new school year, it’s easy to feel like we’ve been on a hamster wheel, constantly taking care of others and forgetting about ourselves.
