What changes when you believe nothing's wrong with life?

#371 – What changes when you believe nothing's wrong with life?

A big source of unhappiness for humans is disappointment. When life doesn't meet our expectations, we protest––or pout and sulk, it's not fair!, stomping our feet to our metaphorical room.

Then, if "life's not fair," you feel wronged by it, which takes you to the victim's position, leaving you powerless, worried, and unable to feel joy.

My father felt wronged by life a lot. When traffic lights turned red, he complained they'd turned red on him. When things "went well," he was on high alert that something, anything, was about to go wrong.

His happiness was, to say the least, fragile, mostly sustained by medication.

What could've changed if he'd believed nothing was wrong with his life?

When you take the stance that nothing's wrong or out of balance in your life, three things happen:

FIRST: You don't feel like a victim, thus staying in your personal power and keeping your full agency.

You take responsibility for what you can change, and stop obsessing about what's not within your control.

SECOND: You don't need to fix anything, thus keeping your bandwidth broad and your human creativity in full swing.

When there are things you can change, you use your full brain power to find the most effective solution.

THIRD: You don't withdraw from life, thus leaving your heart and mind open to possibilities for joy.

You stay present in your life, even when it's hard and full of obstacles. You enjoy the "suck" like you enjoy the beauty.

Cultivating personal power, creativity, and presence is your key to find balance in chaos and enjoy life no matter what.

What will change for you when you start believing nothing's wrong?

Love,

Carolina
