Hey Calm & Colorful Mama!!


Everyone that teaches mindfulness to kids will tell you this: "Start with basic meditation and breathing exercises."


But today, I want to go a little "nontraditional" and give you my second best piece of advice: Make mindfulness magical and colorful for your children.


Picture this: transforming simple breathing exercises into rainbow adventures, using colors to help your little ones express their big emotions, and turning mindfulness into a creative journey your kids will actually look forward to. It's like giving them emotional superpowers through art!
