We’re getting personal.

Like… in real life.

After so many conversations with Calm & Colorful Mamas about toddler meltdowns, overstimulation, transitions, and those moments where everything feels like it’s happening at once, I’m excited to finally share this:

Calm & Colorful is hosting in-person classes.

These aren’t lectures.

They aren’t “do it perfectly” parenting programs.

And they definitely aren’t about fixing your child.

They’re about supporting you and your toddler together, in the moments that actually feel hard.

🍽️ New on the Blog: Dinner Time + Toddler Big Feelings

Dinner with toddlers can go from peaceful to full meltdown fast, especially when emotions are running high.

In our newest blog post, I share 8 practical, real-life tips I use to help reduce dinner-time tantrums, including:

  • Setting clear (but gentle) expectations
  • Using choices to reduce power struggles
  • Creating a calmer mealtime environment
  • Teaching toddlers where to go when big feelings hit

These tools support emotional regulation before tantrums take over, and they’re the same kind of strategies we practice together in class.

One last thing 🤍

You don’t need to be calmer.

You don’t need to be more patient.

You don’t need to “get it right.”

You just need support that works in real life, with a real toddler, on real days.

I can’t wait to support you in person.

With so much care,

Jessica
