Hey Calm & Colorful Mama!!


Can I share a few things I’m loving right now? I promise they’re related to coping skills and handling daily life challenges, which is what we're here for.


#1– I came across this heartwarming story about a little boy comforting his younger brother using simple breathing exercises to manage stress during tough times. It truly resonated with our journey of handling everyday challenges.


#2– Recently, I had the chance to join a workshop focusing on practical techniques for navigating stress in daily life. The insights were incredibly useful and immediately applicable. (Look out for a workshop coming soon!)


#3– I had the pleasure of exploring a children's book that beautifully illustrates mindfulness concepts. It's been amazing to see how stories can engage young minds and introduce them to mindfulness practices.


These stories and experiences are vital because they offer practical tools and inspiration to handle life's hurdles more effectively. Trust me, they're worth exploring for enhancing coping strategies.
