[Positive Intelligence] Third week check-in

As we’re nearing the end of our third week of practice together, I wanted to reach out and offer some suggestions.


Your daily focus exercises this week were all based on your designated top Saboteur. I hope you found the Saboteur-specific tips helpful. You can always go back to previous days and repeat the exercises.


A week of practice can’t possibly undo years of Saboteur habits. As a matter of fact, since you’re now more aware of this Saboteur’s profile, you might even notice it more than before. This is not because the Saboteur has gotten stronger. It’s because you’re catching it more.


If you keep practicing, you’ll notice yourself getting hijacked by fewer and fewer things, and recovering much faster.


What's next

One thing that helps you to recover faster from negative to positive reactions is the Sage Perspective, which is the focus of this week’s video and practice.


The Sage Perspective is that every circumstance and outcome can be turned into a gift and opportunity.


Your Saboteur would consider this perspective naïve or unrealistic. But there's more to it than that. Read Chapter 5: The Sage Perspective of the book for more context, examples, and stories.


Also in this week's video is the powerful "3 Gifts Technique", which is not covered in the book and is exclusive to this program. You'll want to understand the technique for this week's practice.
