[Positive Intelligence] Your program is ready!

I wanted to check in and see that you're prepared for our upcoming journey together in the Positive Intelligence program.
The first training session of the program is ready and waiting for you, and generally people find the weekend is the most convenient time to watch.
So if you haven't already begun, it's worth taking a few minutes now to get set up correctly.
A reminder of your commitments
This program is designed to generate substantial (not incremental) improvement in both performance and happiness. You'll rewire your brain by increasing muscle power (neural pathways) for Sage and Self-Command. To build these muscles, you'll need daily practice.
In committing to the program, you're agreeing to:
Step 1. Download the Positive Intelligence mobile app
Our flagship PQ App allows you to access your daily mental fitness exercises, coach challenges, journal and audiobook of Positive Intelligence. Download and register using the email address where you're receiving this message.
Step 2. Access the weekly video sessions
This Saturday, and each Saturday afterwards, your latest video training sessions will be unlocked, right in the mobile app. Each video will feature Shirzad Chamine, a Stanford lecturer and author of the New York Times bestselling book, Positive Intelligence.
You can access them by clicking on the Modules tab of the app. The videos are broken into segments to fit into your busy schedule. You have the weekend through Monday to watch them.
Make a note in your calendar to remind yourself to watch the latest videos when they're made available.
Step 3. Explore the PQ App
You don’t have to wait until the video becomes available on Saturday to get started. Go explore the App, where you will find a community forum, gym where you can get started strengthening your mental fitness and the audio version of the Positive Intelligence book (find it by clicking the Modules tab.)
If you’d prefer to read the book, you can download and begin reading chapters 1-8 of Positive Intelligence. Reading a couple of chapters a week is a great way to familiarize yourself with the foundational principles and language that the Positive Intelligence program was built upon.
Step 4. Attend Our Weekly Pod Meeting
You’re part of a support and accountability group called a Pod. Our Pod will meet each Monday at 5pm Mountain from July 7- Aug 14. You should have an invitation to these pod meetings from my calendar. Please review the dates and times and mark your calendar now for these weekly meetings.
That's all you need to get started with the program, so the last thing for me to do is congratulate you once again for choosing to improve your mental fitness. I'm excited to see your progress.
