Impact Through Relationships with Jeff Schreifels
Are your nonprofit fundraising strategies actually holding you back from real growth? In this episode of Business as UNusual, Aicila sits down with Jeff Schreifels—principal of Veritus Group, global leader in major gifts and mid-level fundraising—to challenge the outdated approaches that keep organizations stuck in transactional fundraising and short-term thinking.
Jeff reveals why most nonprofits underinvest in donor relationships, how genuine connections (not just clever tech) inspire larger, long-term gifts, and what it really takes to build a donor pipeline that fuels sustainable impact. Packed with actionable insights, candid stories, and practical advice, this conversation will inspire you to rethink, revitalize, and truly elevate your fundraising game. If you care about sustainable growth and transformational giving, don’t miss this episode.
And remember- stay unusual-- Aicila
