Spring is almost here!

But not quite yet.
It is a gorgeous, sunny, if cold, Sunday morning for me. And, for once, I'm not feeling guilty about not being outside working. I had lawn guys come over yesterday and they put pine straw EVERYWHERE. Let's hope that means no weeds this year. I have two raised beds I'm doing tomatoes and peppers in only. Fingers crossed that it stays mostly weed free. But I am happy to see the daffodils and crocus in full bloom.
I'm getting ready for the convention season, so check out the list below and hopefully you'll be able to come see me soon!
The audio version of Balanced Luck is available on my store. As to when it will be available everywhere - I'm not sure. There is a big shake up in the world of audio books and how to get them to readers and the fallout isn't over yet. But you will always be able to get them from me.
I've gotten the cover back for a new book, so you should see that in the near future. Remember to share all this with friends and family that aren't addicted to me yet - I'm a benevolent ruler, I promise.

Weekly Micro Story
Upon a Pale Horse
"Are you sure about this?" Pestilence asked.
"Positive," Famine said. "It is all the rage, and it makes sure people will notice you."
Pestilence hung its head. "It would be good if people noticed the work I do. They ignore me until it is almost too late. Then they have panic attacks."
"This will prevent all of that," War soothed, though the lips on the avatar's face kept twitching.
Pestilence sighed, then pulled on the astronaut suit and sealed the helmet. It created an odd laughing sound for the first minute. But when Pestilence turned to look at the other horsemen it vanished.
"Now for the wings," Famine said and there again was that funny sound, but turnign the helmet toward it made it disappear. It must just be the helmet. Another five minutes and the wings were on the suit.
"How do I look?" Pestilence wiggled shoulders and the wings bumped up and down eliciting that weird sound again.
"You will stun everyone," they assured.
Death arched a boney brow at the chuckles from the assembled hosts. Turning slowly Death looked back to see the other three horseman approaching. With Pestilence in an astronaut suit with wings.
Death groaned and dropped a boney head in defeat. "You have got to be kidding me. Again?"

I've been staring at that picture for at least three months trying to think of a story and today it popped up. Yay me.
