When It Doesn't Feel Right.......

Hello Dear Friends,


How are you doing?


I hope you're well.


I often like to say,


"Facts are friends."

And this is to say that your feelings are NOT Facts. It's sometimes hard to believe that your Feelings are not facts.


However it is the TRUTH!


I've been Feeling not happy about certain parts of my life and so it's been the lense through which I am experiencing my life right now. And it's not good to let a Feeling be the boss of You or Me or I!


Because when you let a feeling that thinks it is acting in your best interest run the show, you may find that you're not able to get the results, do the doing or get beyond your own excuses.


So what is the best remedy?


Here are 3 ways to separate feelings from Fact:


✅ Is this feeling helping me to do anything helpful or useful?

✅ If I worked through this feeling, what would I be doing instead?

✅ Who can I share with about this that will help me move forwards?


And with that I'm also going to be taking my own advice!
