How are you feeling with Q1 coming to a close in 2 weeks?

Hello Dear Friends,
How are you doing?
I am grateful for the spring weather that is starting to grace London, UK. Although today it's raining and a bit grey! However the daffodils have sprung up and some the other notable common spring flowers are emerging.
So thinking about emerging. How are you feeling about emerging from Q1?
Here are 3 Ways to help you emerge into Q2 Feeling good about what has proceeded:
1 How you think matters!
It sounds very obvious and perhaps you think not worth stating. But here's the thing about "the seemingly obvious", it's never easy! Yes, that's right, how you judge yourself, what you acknowledge or deny and how you respond when you fail truly matter in how you spring forwards. So I ask you to be fair in your judgement of yourself and acknowledge what you have done well and where there is room for improvement.
2 Your mindset on goals and goal achievement
Goals are not there to accuse you or make you feel guilty! I start with this because we can often fall into the trap of allowing ourselves to pass judgment on the progress of our goals in ways that do not serve us. I've been there too! So when you think about your goal and your progress, do it a way that allows you to decide if this really is the right goal for you or if you need to trash it and decide on a new one. Binning a goal doesn't make you a failure! It's the smart thing to do if it ultimately doesn't get you to where you really want to go.
3 Acknowledge your progress & Your Wins!
Repetition is a sure fire way to get to mastery! So get into the habit of acknowledging your progress and your wins on a regular basis. I know it's so easy to let them slip by, forget about them or diminish them. That's why I suggest an active practice to recall them and celebrate them!
And finally the Wellbeing and Inclusion Masterclass is coming on 29th March, 7pm - 8:30pm UK time. If you'd like the event link, please reply with "Wellbeing & Inclusion Link!"
Have a great day ahead.
Warm Regards,
Ekua
