I am a hypocrite - Confessions of a Burnout Battler!

Sometimes I fall off the wagon.........

Hello Dear Friend,

I hope you're well.

You see, the signs for me have me there but I had refused to see and fully acknowledge them.

When you can't think straight, that's never good!

When you avoid doing the things you need to do until the last moment, that's not good.

And when you've been feeling exhausted and keep pushing, that's just foolish!

And so I confess I have recently done ALL of the above and Burnout has caught up with me.

It has been at bay for a long time, but it's back!

So I shall be taking a mental health day tomorrow to rest and re-group.

To support your mental health, I'm sharing my Blog, That Cave the Call Burnout - HERE

Today I ask you simply check in with yourself and ask how am I truly feeling? What's 1 remedial action I can take today?

Until next time, have a wonderful evening.

Warm Regards,

Ekua 💛
