Why is Awareness only the start for building a more inclusive Company?

It's that time of the year for reflection, for reviewing your company's progress and considering your objectives for the New Year.
If you're seeking to do more in your organisation to support neurodiversity, diversity and inclusion that's great! It's important to bear in mind that change takes time, and continued effort and action.
Education about neurodiversity or diversity, equity and inclusion by creating awareness is part of the solution but not the complete solution. It also takes action to go beyond being passive about consuming information, but also takes action to change behaviour, to change the thinking and culture of your organisation in order for a shift and change in culture to occur.
