Hello Dear Friends,

I hope you're well.

I've had pause to reflect on my own health and well-being recently. I had a recent Burnout episode. And at the moment my loved one is in the hospital recovering from an accident. He is on the mend which is brilliant! 😍😍💗💕

In a conversation that I had with a brilliant neurodivergent and anti-burnout coach, - I realised that being neurodivergent can mean that you may be likely to some experiences of un-well-being more. It important that we are all proactive in our thinking and getting support in order to thrive.

Here are a couple of types of unwellness that neurodivergent people may experience more often:

Burnout

Mental Health issues

Excessive Stress

Depression

Anxiety

Rumination of negative thoughts

I wanted to remind everyone whether you're neurodiverse on not that it is important to look after your own mental health and well-being.

And because I know that it can be hard knowing what to do to put yourself first, if that's not something you're used to doing.

I'm in the process of creating some support for simple daily well-being tips for everyone.
