Today in this edition of the newsletter I want to focus in on how you can value and retain your all of your talent especially your diverse talent.


At the beginning of the year a lot people tend too:


  • Re-evaluate and decide if they are happy with their job
  • Decide to make a commitment to changing jobs
  • Think about if the company they are working for still fits with their values and offers the career opportunities they're seeking
  • Consider training and upskilling to support a career change or transition


And the list could go on!
