Saying "No to yourself" isn't always a bad thing

Hello Dear Friends,
How are you doing?
I am honestly, not feeling a 100%, so I'm giving it until lunch time before I decide to close down the shop! Because this is the year of where I look after my mental and physical health.
What a strange title to an email you may think! Well last week, I invited you to join the Wellness Leader's Circle. I was excited about and I did indeed want it to launch it. BUT then, I realised I was falling back into the old pattern of "doing too much and not focussing on what really matters and has the most impact for what I'm seeking to achieve".
So I've decided to trash the Leader's Wellness Circle and to focus on my Masterclasses, podcast and client work.
So I decided to say "No to myself and that idea, which I knew would send me back into burnout cycles". I don't want to live that life anymore.
So today, I ask you. Does it serve you to say, "No to yourself"? So that you can grow and change.
