Today, I'm sharing the G.R.A.C.E.F.U.L.L. Framework for Career Success and Progression which I'll be talking more about in my Masterclass tomorrow.
So let's all embrace grace! Check out the Framework below:
G= Generate & Build Awareness! What makes you feel confident and able to be your best self at work?
R= Realise that behaviour change takes time. Revise with good daily habits!
A= Attract opportunities. What opportunities does greater personal awareness present for you?
C= Create a success environment for yourself. What can you do to be proactive about creating that success environment?
E= Education, knowledge, and attainment. What opportunities do you have to adjust your attitude to learning?
F= Fulfil. What opportunity is there for you to fulfil your full potential?
U= Upbringing. Can you reframe what "Mama used to say" to something that serves you?
L= Lifestyle and Community Influences. What community values are helpful and which are harmful? What opportunity is there to navigate and leave at your "office door" in terms of ways of thinking and behaviours that do not serve your greatest good in the workplace?
L= Leadership and ownership of one's self! How can you take leadership in understanding and growing different attributes for career success in the workplace?
