Why OK, is NOT OK when it comes to preventing Burnout.

When we ask "How are you?", we generally are expecting a canned or tinned response which may go something like:


"I'm OK."


"I'm fine".


"I'm not too bad".


You get the idea. And I know that what I'm about to say next is not going to come as a surprise to you. As managers, colleagues, and team leaders we need to dig a little bit deeper, with the consent of our colleagues to get to what is really happening with them.
