As it says in the subject line! Yes, this human Google is "temporarily down", there's a bug in the system and it needs fixing!

As leaders, we often are good at spotting bugs in other people's systems, our colleague's our teammate's or our clients. How good are you at spotting a bug when it's in your own system? Are straight in there to sort it out, do you ignore it or do just complain about it and take no action?

I recently created and research a Masterclass on Burnout and in the process, I Burnout out last month. Here's the thing, we often know what to do, but this when we need to become aware of the knowing doing gap and leaning to becoming more self aware.
