I'm excited to be preparing for my up-coming Masterclass on one of my favourite topics of all time, which is feedback! Giving it and receiving it sounds simple but as we all know - It can be complicated!

❌ Not really paying attention to what is being fed back.
❌ Hearing what is said but not engaging with the feedback.
❌ Letting it totally wash over you with out processing it at all!

I am a reformed character, but even I have my moments when I am feeling triggered. That being said, I generally approach listening from an open stance and even if I don't agree, I actively listen to understand, to process and be curious about what is being fed back to me.
