Is it falling on "closed ears"?

Hello Dear Friends,
How are you doing?
I hope you're well. I'm preparing my talk for the Global Inclusion Forum today. You can check out the details of my talk on Friday and join us: HERE
Part of the job of the presenter is to check for understanding. Is to read the audience and to discern how best to deliver their content and how to change it up depending on what feedback they are getting.
But then what do you if you're doing a virtual event and you're speaking into a virtual void? You won't be able see or hear and responses! The only feedback you will get is the moderators questions collected from the audience.
So how do you open the ears and minds of people you can't see? Check out the 3 tips below for presenting without any feedback:
✅ Slow down and take it easy, so they can take it in.
✅ Use your facial expressions to transmit how you want them to feel.
✅ Smile and enjoy your presentation, because they are excited to hear what you have to say.
And of course you're all invited, to this months Masterclass on Unconscious Bias and Feedback on 30/05/22 at 7pm - 8:30pm UK time. To get ticket info click: HERE
Have a great evening.
Warm Regards,
Ekua 💛
