The penultimate day before Q1 Ends - Are you ready for the next?

Hello Dear Friends,

How are you doing?

I have been thinking that it's almost "Judgement Day", the last but one day of the Quater. And then again, I was like that's not the way I want to look at it! I want to come at from a perspective of acknowledgment, of openness and one which allows me to see fact from feelings. Oooh, yes I did just go there and that's why I am no longer thinking of it as "Judgement Day".

So I'm going to share 3 ways to reflect on Q1 that will help you go into Q2 a willingness to step up and to do what it takes.

1 When I look at the data about how I performed over Q1 what does it show?

Does it show that I have room for growth?

Does it show I can have a stretch goal for Q2?

Does it show that was not quite the right goal?

How will acknowledge the progress I made this quater? How will I speak it, journal it or declare it and to whom?

2 What was my biggest learning from Q 1?

I am a learning human being and as such I am going reflect on what didn't go well, so I can do it differently.

What did I learn from doing it that way?

What did I learn about my self?

What would serve me better now I have this data?

3 What are 10 wins I had in Q1?

🎉Yes, what are 10 wins, no matter the size that I had in Q1? 🎉

Write them down. Then share them with some that will celebrate your wins with you!

Have a great day ahead.

Warm Regards,

Ekua 💛
