Today on my LinkedIn post I have been sharing my thoughts on who is responsible for an individual's career development plan.


I believe that individuals should be the drivers and be proactive about their own career development.


I also see an opportunity for managers and organizations to retain their best people by having regular conversations about career progression and advancement.
