During the summer I "came out as being neurodiverse". I shared publicly that I have Dyslexia and Dyscalculia.

Last week I was focusing on working my Dyslexia Masterclass. Recently last month in the UK we saw a case where a large high street retailer lost an employment tribunal case against a Dyslexic worker that they fired. It unfortunately goes to show there is still a lot of work to do with educating employers about neurodiversity and in this case Dyslexia.
