We just wanted to drop you a quick email to let you know of all the changes going on here! Firstly...
You may have noticed we are undergoing a rebrand.... We are moving away from the Just Good Hosting name and will now house Web Design, Web Development and Web Hosting all under the name of A to B Web.
Things are over time transferring over to our new systems however we wanted to avoid any confusion by publicly stating our intentions.
We would like to thank our previous clients who have been with us since operating under the Just Good Hosting name and welcome those who have joined during the transition. It is important that we highlight some difference that will be in place once the rebrand is complete, We will explain these below:
1 - Account Access
A to B Web will operate under a slightly different control panel / billing platform than you would have seen from us before. The details of this will be sent out in due course so do make sure you whitelist this email address as all further correspondence will be sent from this address!
2 - Terms & Conditions
We will be issuing a new terms and conditions document to support our services supplied to you. These again will be sent to you once finalised via this email address.
3 - Support
We are proud to offer the level of support we are known for, that's not going to stop! However we would ask that all support requests are now processed via our email address ([email protected]) This means we can keep track of your support request. We will be releasing a new support ticket system along with your new client access areas but for now please email any support issues to [email protected].
If you request support using any of our social media platforms or personal developers social media accounts all staff have been instructed to now direct clients to the new method of support.
4 - Pricing Changes
We would like to assure new clients that have joined us during 2020 (This is from 1st January 2020) that the current pricing structure you are currently on is correct and will be staying in place. Your packages have been set up to our new standard of service and will continue to be in place, if there are any changes to this you will be informed via this email address. At this point in time we do not see any future plans to change pricing structures to your plans.
Clients who have joined us before 2020 (This is before 1st January 2020) please be aware that on your next renewal (Both Monthly / Annual Clients) will see a change in their pricing plan. You will be individually informed of this change as the new system is completed. These changes in pricing not only warrant the new level of service we have implemented since your registration with us but also are to balance out and equalise across the board for all our clients. It's not all doom and gloom as some of out clients will see a reduction in their subscription!
