Whether it’s waking up early, exercising, learning a skill, or committing to a daily business goal, you can do anything if you’re consistent and accountable. 

Step 1. Choose Your Challenge

Pick one habit or goal you want to commit to for the next 21 days.

Examples:

• Wake up at 6 AM every day.
• Run for 30 minutes daily.
• Reach out to 10 potential clients every day.
• Read for 30 minutes.
• Learn a skill for 1 hour each day.
• Less screen time challenge

Step 2. Update Daily

Post a quick update every day in the designated forum thread. This keeps you accountable and inspires others.

Step 3. Encourage & Support

React and comment on others’ updates.
