Redesigned Booking Pages 🎨✨

Launching today: New booking page design! 🤩

We've spent the past month reworking the booking page from the ground up on both desktop and mobile to be more beautiful, responsive, and modern.

This new design makes it tons easier for your prospective attendees to find a time that works for them, read details about your booking, overlay their mutual availability, and tons more.

This new booking page redesign will be automatically applied to your booking pages today. There's nothing you need to do.

Calendar & Integration Reliability 📅✅

We've made significant improvements to make TidyCal more reliable across integrations and team workflows.

For Lifetime customers, auto-created Zoom and Teams meeting links now work automatically for API bookings. If you're using TidyCal's API to create bookings, meeting links are now created consistently whether bookings come from your booking page or through API integrations. TidyCal automatically uses your first configured location when no location is specified.

Team permissions now work correctly from the start. For Agency Plan customers, their team members have full access to features the moment a booking type is created, with no unexpected tier restrictions for team admins managing team bookings.

Your calendars should now stay in sync automatically without manual intervention.

• Critical calendar sync fix for Microsoft and Apple - Fixed bug preventing Microsoft and Apple calendar synchronizations from working correctly. Calendars now sync properly and dispatch the correct sync jobs
• Microsoft Graph timeout handling - Added 504 Gateway Timeout error recovery to prevent sync failures when processing large calendar change sets
• Payment currency fix - Fixed critical bug causing 100x overcharging for zero-decimal currencies (KRW, VND, TWD, HUF, ISK, and others). Amounts now process correctly per ISO 4217 standards
• Hungarian forint decimal support - Enabled proper decimal handling for HUF currency transactions
• Calendar sync optimization - Optimized Google Events initial sync time window and improved job synchronization for better reliability
• Onboarding and dashboard improvements - Enhanced coach marks visibility, added dashboard loading states, cancel/reschedule actions, and "no upcoming bookings" guidance
• Default availability copy - Improved clarity of default availability settings text
• Polish translation update - Updated name field translation to include surname for better clarity
• Review system improvements - For Lifetime customers, we optimized review request query performance and disabled automatic review requests for new user booking types
• Cross-promotion banners - Added promotional banners to help users discover other TidyCal features
• Reminder template variables fixed - and now display correctly in email and SMS reminders for Agency Plan customers
• Infrastructure improvements - Enhanced PHP-FPM configuration for better performance and reliability under high load
• Security updates - Updated js-yaml and Symfony dependencies to latest secure versions with important security patches
• Build system enhancements - Improved deployment pipeline with explicit variable handling and dynamic repository support
• Group booking notification improvements - Reduced calendar notification noise when attendees join or cancel group bookings, keeping calendars cleaner and less cluttered
• International SMS improvements for Agency Plan - SMS reminders now correctly display Chinese characters and other international languages with automatic encoding detection
• Fix round robin duplicate entries - Agency Plan customers using Microsoft calendar integration for their round robin team bookings no longer experience duplicate entries
