February News

Hello, my darlings,
Lots of news this month! First off, you may have noticed that in the last few days my NineStar Press books have been disappearing from retailers. It's all happened a lot faster than I anticipated, but this is because I've gotten my rights back to these books. I will be self-publishing them and will be getting them back up for sale at all the usual retailers as soon as possible. Nothing is going to change with these books—even Natasha Snow's gorgeous covers will remain same—so no need to buy them again. But if you were planning to grab one to read, please be patient. They will be back soon, I promise!
It's New Jersey Romance Writers writing challenge month, and I'm using it to provide extra editing motivation (my brain always did like a challenge!). Edits are going well for To Know a Dragon Spy. I'm working steadily and as quickly as I can to also get this book back into your hands (and I'm going to try my best not to let the rush to self-publish my backlist books interfere). If you'd like some sneak peaks, last month's Rainbow Snippets, linked below, are from To Know a Dragon Spy.
I hope you all are doing well. I know things have been bad—which seems like the worst understatement—here in the US, but I am taking comfort in seeing people protecting and caring for their neighbors and doing all they can. All we can do is take care of each other and ourselves. If you need some books to soothe your soul, I have some recs on the blog, linked below. The usual things are all below too, including lots more book recs and an upcoming event. I'm going to crawl under my blankets to hide from this Arctic chill we have going in New Jersey and get back to work.
It's still a winter wonderland in my neighborhood

To Love the Dragon King
Once upon a time, before the hunts, dragons were plentiful in the world. Now they exist only in legend…except in the land of Ivria.
Currently Reading
Not a lot of reading time these days obviously, but I am enjoying this witchy contemporary fantasy, filled with magic and found family and a slow burn sapphic romance.
Monthly Book Rec
I've highlighted this book before, but it is such a soul-soothing book that I had to rec it again.
